Spray-bonded cotton is one of the non woven fabric. The formation principle is to spray the adhesive on both sides of the fluffy fiber layer. Because of the pressure during the spray and the suction during the bottom vacuum absorption, the adhesive also can seeps through the fiber layer. After spray the adhesive, drying and curing the fibrous layer to make the junction points to be bonded. And the fibers not bonded still have considerable freedom. In the three-dimensional mesh structure, it still keep the air in the gap. Accordingly, the fiber layer have a porous and high bulky warm-keeping property.
